噪声对脑干听觉诱发电位影响的研究

摘要 用丹麦产Neuromatic2000C型诱发电位仪对73名接触噪声工人进行脑干听觉诱发电位测试。结果显示:接噪组波Ⅰ、Ⅱ不出现率明显高于对照组,波Ⅰ潜伏时(ms)缩短与对照组相比有显著性差异,Ⅰ—Ⅴ波间潜伏时(ms)显著长于对照组,Ⅲ—Ⅴ波间潜伏时接噪组有延长趋势但无显著性。上述结果提示噪声对脑干听觉诱发电位有一定影响。 Brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) of 73 workers exposed to noise were measured with Neuromatic 2000 C evoked potentiats instrument (Danmark product) in this paper.The results of this study shows:absent rate of Ⅰ,Ⅱ wave of BAEP in exposed group is higher than in control group;latence of Ⅰ wave in exposed group is shorter than in control group;Ⅰ-Ⅴ inter-peak latence in exposed group is longer than in control group;and there is significant difference between exposed group and control group;Ⅲ-Ⅴ inter-peak latence in exposed group is slightly longer than in control group,but no statistical significance.The results of this study indicate:noise has effected on BAEP of workers exposed to noise;measurement of BAEP that tests early noise occupational damages is significance.
