老年男性维生素D受体基因Fok1多态性与骨质疏松关系的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解维生素D受体(vitaminDreceptor,VDR)基因5′端启动子区Fok1酶切位点多态性与老年男性骨质疏松的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应限制性片长度多态性技术(PCRRFLP),对66例对照者和26例骨质疏松患者的VDR基因Fok1多态性进行分析,计算Fok1基因型和等位基因的分布频率。结果对照组Fok1多态性FF、Ff、ff基因型分别为42.42%、42.42%、15%;骨质疏松组分别为15.38%、50%、34.62%,两组基因型的分布频率差异有显著性(χ2=12.078,P=0.002)。结论就目前调查例数而言,正常老年男性的VDR基因5′端启动子区Fok1酶切位点多态性与骨质疏松组比较差异有显著性意义。 Objective To study the relationship between the polymorphisms of vitamin D receptor gene(Fokl ) its relationship with and osteoperosis in elderly men. Method VDR gene polymorphism analysis was performed with pelymerase chain reactlon-restriction fragment length polymorphism in 66 control and 26 osteoperosis patients. The genotype frequencies of VDR were calculated later according to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium formula. Results The frequencies of FF,Ff and ff genotype were 42.42% ,42.42% and 15% in the control group,and 15.38%, 50% and 34.62% in the osteoperosis group, respectively ( x^2 = 12.078, P = 0.002). Conclusions In elderly men, the osteoperostic subjects has different frequency distribution of VDR gene start codon pelymorphism.
