阿仑膦酸钠预防非骨水泥型假体周围早期骨丢失的临床研究

摘要 目的探讨阿仑膦酸盐对非骨水泥型人工假体周围早期骨量的影响。方法50例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,术后1周对照组予以口服钙尔奇D1片,治疗组予以固邦10mg+钙尔奇D片。连续服用3周。休息2周。5周为1疗程,连续5个疗程。分别于术后7天、3个月、6个月行假体周围骨密度(DEXA)检测。结果50例病例中,45例获得完整随访。术后3个月、6个月假体周围骨量(ROI1区和ROI7区)对照组与治疗组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论阿仑膦酸钠能有效预防假体周围早期骨量减少。 Objective To explore the effect of Alendronate on cementless periprosthetic bone density. Methods Fifty patients who underwent hip arthroplasty were randomized into control and Gubang group. One week after the operation, those of the control group received cyclic therapy with cahrate D( 1 table ,Qd),and those in the Gubang group with Guband (10 mg/day)plus caltrate D( 1 tablet, Qd). Five courses were completed and each course took 5 weeks including 3 weeks with medication and 2 weeks without. Periprosthetic bone mineral density (BMD) was measured with dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) at 1 week, 3 months, and 6 months postoperatively. Results Forty-five of the 50 patients were successfully followed-up at 6 months. The mean periprosthetic BMD changes was significantly different in the area ROI1 and ROI7 between the two groups( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Alendronate can effectively prevent early periprosthetic bone loss.
