企业家与产业集群发展的动力——基于复杂系统理论的观点

On the Drive of the Entrepreneurs and Industry Cluster

产业集群是一个复杂自适应系统,其中企业家个人处于将技术、集群向前推进的最好位置。然而,在现有的集群文献中,很少从复杂系统的角度研究企业家与产业集群成长的互动关系。从复杂系统理论研究发现,在企业集群形成和发展的所有阶段,企业家的动力作用都是极其明显的,企业家是集群发展的原动力。

Industry cluster is a complicated auto-adaptation system. The entrepreneurs are advantageous to promote technology and the cluster. However, rare research has been made on the interactive relation between the entrepreneurs and the growth of an industry cluster from the perspective of complicated system. This paper studies different role played by the entrepreneurs in different stages in development of an industry cluster. It probes into the mechanism of the entrepreneurs＇ influences on the formation and development of a cluster. Finally it points out that entrepreneurs are the prime mover in the whole process.
