鄱阳湖重疫区成年男性居民血吸虫病健康教育效果评价

EVALUATION ON EFFECTIVENESS OF HEALTH EDUCATION FOR SCHISTOSOMIASIS CONTROL AMONG ADULT MALE INHABITANTS IN AREAS OF HEAVY ENDEMICITY IN POYANG LAKE REGION

应用视听手段、技能培训和提供防护药品对鄱阳湖重疫区成年男性居民进行血吸虫病健康教育。教育干预后，实验组血防知识及格率和对血吸虫病检查及化疗态度正确率分别由８０．００％和６７．０６％提高到９１．３６％和９７．５３％，分别比对照组提高了１５．７％和３１．２５％；查病和化疗依从率分别由７１．９１％和７５．２８％上升到８５．２３％和９２．０５％，分别比对照组提高了３０．７６％和３２．１８％；游泳接触疫水率由１０．０５％下降到２．２８％，比对照组下降了７８．２９％；但实验组捕鱼接触疫水率由２５．．０６％上升到３６．９４％，总疫水接触率和血吸虫感染率未见下降。对照组查病和化疗依从率较上年显著下降，其余指标未见明显变化。对此目标人群，目前健康教育应以提高其血吸虫病检查和化疗的依从性为重点。

In heavy endemic area of Poyang lake region, health education for schistosomiasis control was carried out among adult male inhabitants by way of listening to video, technical training and providing prevention drugs. After performing health education, the qualification rate of knowledge on schistosomiasis control and the correct rate of attitude to examination and chemotherapy for schisotomiasis in the experimental group increased from 80.00% and 67.06% to 91.36% and 97.53% respectively, and were 15.79% and 31.25% higher than those in control group separately. The obedient rate to examination and chemotherapy for schistosomiasis increased from 71.91% and 75.28% to 85.23% and 92.05% respectively, and 30.76% and 32.18% higher than those in control group separately. In addition, the rate of contacting infested water due to swimming in experimental group was reduced from 10.05% to 2.28%, which was 78.29% lower than those in control group. However tha rate of contacting infested water due to fishing in experimental group was increased from 25.06% to 36.94%, and the total rate of contacting infested water and the prevalence of schistosomiasis was not reduced as compared with that before education. Therefore, it is suggested that the first objective of health education for schistosomiasis control among adult male inhabitants should be to increase their obedience to examination and chemotherapy for schistosomiasis.
