摘要
应用透射电镜观察蒿甲醚对弓形虫超微结构的影响。发现用药后弓形虫速殖子的主要病理改变为:虫体细胞膜、核膜断裂;线粒体肿胀,呈空泡变性或嵴凝集均质化;内质网扩张;棒状体及致密颗粒显著减少;甚至出现细胞核碎裂、溶解,胞质内基质破坏溶解呈大空泡,细胞成分可由细胞内脱出,整个虫体固缩或溶解死亡。
The effects of artemether on the ultrastructure of T. gondii in mice were studied with transmission electron microscope. The most prominent pathologic changes in the tachyzoites after administration of artemether involved the breakup of pellicle and nuclear membrane, swelling and vacuolar degeneration of endoplasmic reticulum, obvious reduction of rhoptries and dense granules, even karyorrhexis and dissolution of the cell nucleus. All this led to the formation of large autophagic vacuoles containing some membranous materials, which were subsequently extruded. Then the parasite cells become either more concentrated or dissolved and finally died.
