摘要
介绍了利用γ射线测量铝箔厚度的原理,测量了从2mm至20mm不同厚度铝箔计数率,给出了计算铝箔厚度的经验公式,并拟合成曲线,得到较好的结果.
The principling of measure the thickness of aluminum foil by γ ray is discussed,the counting rate from 2mm to 20mm of different thickness aluminum foil have been measured,the experimental formula of calculating thickness of aluminum foil are given,then the composes curve obtained with better result.
