摘要
阐述了非法证据的概念,不同国家的规定情况,及建立非法证据排除规则的意义。从而提出建立我国非法证据排除规则的建议,以期对我国证据立法有所裨益。
This paper discusses the concepts of illegal proofs,as well as their definitions in different countries,and advocates suggestions on the establishing and significance of the rules of abolishing illegal proofs in order to do good to China＇s laws on proofs.
