摘要
隔膜泵的启、停方式选择、速度控制、主从关系确认、相关停车连锁比较复杂,针对这一问题,采用上海福克斯波罗公司的I/A计算机系统,隔膜泵实现了主从同步同速、从泵流量自动跟进,系统控制准确、运行稳定,完全达到工艺要求。
Diaphragm pump has following complex problem: the selection of start and stop mode, revolution control, confirmation of the relationship between the principal and the subordinate and related shutdown interlock, the I/A cOmputer system of Shanghai Foxboro company has successfully solved the above-mentioned control problem. After putting into operation, diaphragm pump has realized synchronous revolution for the principal and the subordinate, autracing of the subordinate pump flow rate, exact system control and stable operation which can meet the requiof technology.
