摘要
目的:探讨分子量为60kDa的鲨鱼软骨多糖(SCP)对血脂的影响。方法:建立高脂模型,实验分为正常对照组、阳性对照药组、鲨鱼软骨多糖高、中、低剂量组和高脂模型组;给药15天后,眼静脉取血,测大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平。结果:与高脂模型组比较,鲨鱼软骨多糖中剂量组TC、TG、和LDL均有显著性差异,而HDL无明显变化;鲨鱼软骨多糖低、高剂量组TC、LDL均有显著性差异,而TG、HD无明显变化。结论:分子量为60kDa的鲨鱼软骨多糖有一定的降血脂作用,其机制可能是通过降低血浆中的TC、LDL水平等降血脂。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shark Cartilage Preparation(SCP) of 60kDa on blood fat. Methods: The model of rat with hyperlipemia was made, the experimental rats were randomly divided into normal group, ChsA group, hyperlipemia model group and SCP groups at varied concentrations . Fifteen days later, the contents of TC,TG.HDL- C and LDL-C were measured. Results : There were significant differences from the contents of TC.TG and LDL - C between metadosage SCP group and hyperlipemia model group. Homedosage SCP group and hypodosage SCP group were significant differences from hyperlipemia model group in the contents of TC and LDL - C. Conclusion : SCPof 60kDa could effectively decrease blood fat via decrease the contents of TC and LDL -C.
