中西医结合治疗踝部骨折156例疗效观察

Effective Observation on 156 Cases of Ankle Fracture Treated with TCM and WM Combined

目的:中西医结合治疗踝部骨折156例进行随访分析,探讨中西医结合治疗踝部骨折治疗效果。方法:经手法复位,夹板固定,袜套悬吊牵引,按骨折3期辨证治疗。结果:128例得到随访,随访最长7年,最短8个月,平均3·4年,优良90例占70%,尚可22例占17%,差16例占13%。结论:骨折愈合快,功能恢复好,患者痛苦少,医疗费用低。

Objective ： 156 cases of ankle fracture treated with Chinese and western medicine. Ankle fracture between 1995 Jun. to 2004 Jun. were follow up. Methods. Diaplasis by technique and splint, traction with hose, according to cure of three phses. Results：128 cases were follow up 8 months to 7years （ average 3.4 years）. Of all the ewes, 90 were fine（70% ）, 22 were ecumenic （17%） ,16 were bad（ 13% ）. Conclusion： Quite cure, good function, a few suffering, a low fee.
