摘要 目的:了解肾阳虚时垂体-甲状腺轴功能动态变化特征.方法:肌肉注射可的松复制肾阳虚大鼠模型,采用分批宰杀的方法观察早期、中期和晚期肾阳虚大鼠垂体-甲状腺轴功能指标,分析变化规律和特征.结果:肾阳虚不同时期垂体-甲状腺轴功能下降程度不一.结论:较理想的肾阳虚动物模型时间为15~30天. Objective:For studying the dynamic changing characteristic of pituitary - thyroid gland axis funct/on as kidney - yang deficiency. Methods : The rat model of kidney - yang deficiency was duplicated by intramuscular injection of cortisone. Indexs of pituitary - thyroid gland axis function on the rat of kidney - yang deficiency were observed at early, middle and lately period, respectively, by slaughtering in turn. And the rule and characteristic of changes on rat model were analysed. Results : The reducing of pituitary - thyroid gland axis function on the rat of kidney - yang deficiency was different according to time. Conclusion: More ideal of duplicating time to kidney - yang deficiency is 15 days to 30 days.
