正丁烯水合法制甲乙酮装置运行分析 被引量:12

Running analysis of preparing methyl ethyl ketone from n-butylene hydration

摘要 报道了中国石油兰州石油化工公司3万t/a正丁烯水合法制甲乙酮装置的生产运行情况。标定结果表明,装置的生产能力达标,生产安全稳定,产品质量达到国内先进水平。丁烯水合制仲丁醇反应条件:温度145~165℃,丁烯空速1.62h-1,压力6~8MPa,n(水)/n(烯烃)1.37。丁烯总转化率83.3%,选择性95%。仲丁醇脱水制甲乙酮反应条件:温度240~270℃,压力0.28MPa。仲丁醇转化率70%~85%,选择性95%。 The running status of 30 kt/a methyl ethyl ketone unit adopted n-butylene hydration method in Lanzhou Petroleum&Chemical Company were introduced.The standardization results showed that the productivity of this unit met the requirement of design,production process was safely and stably,and the products quality reached advance level in China.Under the reaction conditions of butylene hydration producing sec-butyl alcohol as follows:temperature was from 145 ℃ to 165 ℃,LHSV of butylene was 1.62 h~ -1,pressure was from 6 MPa to 8 MPa,n(H_2O)/n(olefin) was 1.37,the total conversion of butylene was 83.3% and the selectivity was 95%.Under the reaction conditions of sec-butyl alcohol dehydration producing methyl ethyl ketone as follows: temperature was from 240 ℃ to 270 ℃,pressure was 0.28 MPa,the conversion of sec-butyl alcohol was from 70% to 85% and the selectivity was 95%.
