基于计算机视觉的十字线检测算法

The Detection Arithmetic of Crossline Base on Computer Vision

为检测四色印刷套印是否准确,提出一种基于计算机视觉的十字线检测算法。通过对印刷品的黄、品、青、黑四色十字线进行图像分割,得到四色十字线;分别对四色十字线进行图形定位,得到四个十字线的中心;根据四个中心的位置关系判断四色套印是否准确。实验证明,该算法能正确检测套印是否准确,并且容易实现。

This paper explores an approach of detection arithmetic for crossline base on computer vision to confirm whether overprint is accurate. We get four crosslines for Y, M, C, and K purity colors, through image segmentation for the four colors; and then, we get four centers of crossline using figure orientation for crossline; at last, we can judge whether overprint of the four colors is exact by relationship of four centers. Experimental results show that our arithmetic is appropriate for detection for printing quality, and it is easy to realize （Find a different word. Perhaps achieve or understand. ）.
