摘要
对LY12铝合金与铜摩擦焊接性能进行了试验研究,并通过采用纯铝作中间过渡层探讨了改善LY12铝合金与铜摩擦焊接性的可能性.试验结果表明:LY12铝合金与铜摩擦焊接性能较差,采用纯铝作中间过渡层后,可大大改善LY12铝合金-铜摩擦焊接性能,获得高质量的焊接接头.
In this paper, the relationship between propertied and microstructures of the friction weldment between LY12 aluminum alloy and Copper is investigated. It is verified that the friction weldability between LY12 alloy and Copper may be improved by the intermediate layer of commercial puce aluminum,thus increasing the strength and plasticity of the joint significantly. The relationships among mechanical properties,thickness of alloy layer and friction welding conditions are also analysed.
