摘要
通过对捷达GTX型轿车ABS压力调节系统的改造,设计了具备四个车轮独立制动干预控制功能的ABS/ASR 集成液压执行机构,在其基础上,开发出一种基于MC9S12DP256微处理器的轿车ABS/ASR集成控制系统,实现了ABS和ASR硬件电路和部分软件模块的集成化。经道路试验验证,此ABS/ASR集成控制系统能够很好地实现ABS制动防抱死和ASR驱动防滑转控制功能,有效提高了汽车的加速动力性和行驶安全性。该集成控制系统具有很好的扩展性,为其他车辆底盘安全控制系统的研究提供了一个灵活便利的平台。
The ABS/ASR integrated hydraulic Actuator is designed by means of modification of ABS system on Jetta GTX car, which can complete independent brake control on 4 wheels. Then an ABS/ASR integrated control system is developed based on MC9S12DP256 MCU to realize the full integration of hardware and part integration of software for ABS and ASR systems. The real road test results show that the new system can perform both ABS and ASR control quiet well, which improves accelerate ability and running safety efficiently The system has good expansibility and provides flexible platform on research of active chassis safety control systems.
