摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了W型BaZn1.5Co0.5Fe16O27钡铁氧体。在1000℃得到了单一W相纳米晶,晶粒大小为38nm,在1100℃完全形成了大小均匀的平面六角片状结构,其长度为1~3μm,横向尺寸为143-286nm。对其吸波性能进行了测量,发现有2个强吸收峰:0.90Hz和2.40Hz。吸收性能随烧结温度的升高而下降,在0.90Hz的能量吸收率:1000℃为68%,1100℃为48%;在2.40Hz的能量吸收率:1000℃为94%,1100℃为88%。
W-type(BaZn1.5 Co0.5Fe16O27 )Barium Hexaferrite is prepared by sol-gel method. A single W phase is obtained when sintering at 1000℃, and the average particle crystallite size is 38nm The W-type hexagonal plane barium ferrite is formed completely at 1100℃, and its particle length is 1-3μm and the width of the cross section is within the range of 143nm to 286nm Experiments are carried out to measure the microwave absorption properties of W-type hexagonal barium ferritet, and two stronge absorbing peaks is found:0. 9GHz and 2. 4GHz. It is found that the microwave absorptivity descends in pace with the sintering temperature rising. At 0. 9GHz, the maximum values of the microwave absorptivity are 68% at 1000℃ and 48% at 1100℃ respectively. At 2. 4GHz,the maximum values of the microwave absorptivity are 94% at 1000℃ and 88% at 1100℃ respectively.
