摘要
对多壁碳纳米管薄膜传感器的离子敏感特性进行了实验研究。结果表明,经化学修饰的多壁碳纳米管薄膜对离子性气体吸附性能良好,由此而设计的传感器表现出良好的灵敏度和快速的响应。
Ion sensitivities of multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) films are experimentally investigated in this paper. The experimental results show that MWNTs films modificated through chemical method have better absorption performance to ion-rich gas. The sensor based MWNTs films demonstrates good sensitivity and fast response.
