摘要 概述了Eu2+激活的钡镁多铝酸盐(BaMgAl10O17∶Eu2+,BAM∶Eu)蓝色荧光粉在等离子显示领域中的研究现状。介绍了BAM的晶体结构,并通过对BAM发射光谱的高斯函数的拟合说明了Eu2+可能存在的几种格位。评述了目前制备BAM的典型方法,分析了引起BAM光衰的基本原因,并提出了改进措施。 This paper offers a comprehensive review of current status of research and application of BaMgAl10O17 phosphor PDP devices and introduces the new synthetic method. Mechanism of luminescence is investigated by mi crostructure of BaMgAl10O17. Besides, we also discussed the mechanism of luminance degradation and the measures im proving PL intensity. In the end, problems to be solved by further research are also briefly discussed.
