摘要
利用沉淀-共沸蒸馏法合成超细钴蓝颜料,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、荧光反射仪现代分析测试技术对样品性能进行表征。结果表明,用正丁醇共沸蒸馏能有效防止干燥过程中颗粒间的团聚。经1000℃煅烧2h后的钴蓝粉体材料具有良好的分散性、结晶度高、外形规则。其蓝光波段反射率为67%,红光波段反射率为13%,达到彩色显象管用钴蓝颜料的要求。为实现性能优异、超细钴蓝的国产化提供了借鉴意义。
Superfine sized cobalt blue pigment are successfully prepared using a pecipitation-azeotropic distillation method. The cobalt blue properties are characterized and analyzed by SEM, XRD and fluorescence analyzer measurements. The results show that n-butanol azeotropic distillation can effectively prevent the formation of hard agglomerates in drying process. The prepared cobalt blue shows good dispersing, complete crystallization and regular morphology. The blue spectra reflectivity of the cobalt blue is 67%, and the red spectra reflectivity of the cobalt blue is 13%, which meet the requirement with cobalt blue of CRT. The mechanism by which n-butanol azeotropic distillation prevents the formation of hard agglomerates is investigated and proposed. Reference significance is provided in order to produce homemade good superfine sized cobalt blue pigment.
