The teachers＇burnout in vocational colleges is an important challenge before the leaders in the cause of vocational colleges＇ reform.Its appearance will cause great negative influence on the development of vocational education.Vocational factors organizational and individual factors are the main reasons of burnout which comes from vocational colleges＇teachers. Organization, leaders and the teachers themselves should take some positive and initiative measures to prevent and solve the problem, to protect the teachers＇ health and promote the vocational education into the rapid healthy and continuing development.
