The Current Study on Flame Retardants and Their Flame Retardant Mechanism

摘要 近来关于阻燃剂及其阻燃机理越来越受人们的关注。综述了卤系、磷系、氮系、铝镁系、粘土类和膨胀石墨阻燃剂在高分子材料中的阻燃机理及其研究现状,并提出了增加复合材料在燃烧过程中的成炭倾向是今后聚合物阻燃设计的新思路。 The investigations on the flame retardants and their flame retardant mechanism have be drawn increasing attentions recently. The flame retardant mechanisms of halogenate flame retardant, phosphorous flame retardant,nitrogen flame retardant, Al(OH)3 and Mg(OH)2 flame retardant, clay flame retardant and expandable graphite flame retardant used in polymers and their current study are reviewed in detail. Finally, a novel idea for the design of flame retardant,that is to say,to increase the charring tendency during the burning of composite materials, is put forward.
