Phase Precipitated in a Mg-Y-Nd Alloy

摘要 利用电子显微镜对一种时效后的Mg-Y-Nd合金中析出相(β相)进行了研究。给出了分别沿β相[0001]与[1120]晶带轴方向观察时的形貌特征。分析表明,β相在基体中沿3个不同的〈1120〉方向生长,且β相沿〈0001〉α和〈1120〉α方向生长的速度要远大于沿〈1100〉方向的生长速度。通过对β相与基体之间不同的错配度分析说明了β相沿〈0001〉α不同方向生长速度的不同原因。 The β phase precipitated during ageing Mg-Y-Nd alloy is studied by transmission electron micrscopy. The observations of the configuration of β phases are performed along the perpendicular[0001]and[112^-0]zone axes of the matrix. The results show that the β phase has three variants that grow along three〈 112^-0〉 directions of the matrix, and the β phase grows faster along(0001)a and( 11^-00)a directions than along the third direction(1100). The morphology of the phases is illustrated according to the analysis of the directional misfit between the β phase and the matrix.
