摘要
本文对重彩印刷的杂志废纸进行了脱墨与漂白的试验室研究。结果表明:经重彩印刷的杂志废纸使用NaOH,添加适量H2O2。等化学药品进行脱墨处理,可以得到74.3%白度的浆料。再经PY漂程漂白后,白度可达83.7%,可制造中、高档纸张及纸板。其物理性能除耐破度外,可达到或超过B类漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的国家标准。
Waste paper with heavily printed is an important secondary fiber, deinking and bleaching experiment of the waste paper was discussed in this paper. The result showed: the waste paper deinked with main chemicals NaOH, H2O2etc., a brightness of 74. 3 % (ISO) can be obtained,the deinked pulp was treated with PY bleaching procedure, a good brightness of 83. 7% (ISO)can be obtained, and the strength index of foe bleached pulp is also ideal.
