摘要
[目的]以多脂鳞伞为载体,通过培养使无机铬转化为有机铬,并实现铬元素的富集。[方法]以CrCl3为铬源,通过子实体培育中的拌料加铬和灌注补铬,以及液体发酵培养液中铬元素的添加,实现无机铬在菌体中的转化富集。[结果]经过培养的子实体有机铬含量由对照组的5.89mg/kg提高到100mg/kg,液体发酵培养的菌丝体有机铬含量由对照组的0.13mg/kg提高到624.23mg/kg。[结论]多脂鳞伞具有很强的将无机铬转化为有机铬的能力,以多脂鳞伞为富铬载体生产含铬食品,可以进行规模化生产,有很好的应用前景和经济效益。
[Objective]To translate inorganic Chrome (Cr.) to organic Cr. by using Pholiota adipose (Fr.) Quèl as carrier. [Methods]To accomplish the translation and enrichment of organic Cr. By mixing CrCl3 to culture medium and water during fruit body cultivation, and adding CrCl3 directly into culture during liquid fermentation. [Results]The concentration of organic chrome in fruit body (100 mg/kg) was greatly higher than the control group (5.89 mg/kg);In liquid fermentation,organic chrome in the mycelium was enriched from 0. 13 mg/kg to 624.23 mg/kg. [Conclusion]Pholiota adipose ( Fr. ) Quèl had ability to translate inorganic Cr. to organic Cr. It was an useful and feasible method to use Pholiota adipose (Fr.) Quèl as a carrier to get rich Cr. product. It would have great economic benefit and prospect for application.
