Investigation on Brucella Infection among Human in Zhejiang Province in 2005

[目的]了解浙江省人间布鲁氏菌的种型分布。[方法]2005年3～12月对全省重点职业人群采用试管凝集试验(SAT)和虎红凝集试验(RPBT)进行血清学检测,阳性者做布鲁氏菌双相血培养。[结果]对3283名高危布病职业人群检测发现,SAT阳性75例,RPBT阳性73例,阳性者经布鲁氏菌培养检出牛种布鲁氏菌1株,羊种布鲁氏菌2株。[结论]浙江省存在人间布鲁氏菌感染,且多种布鲁氏菌型并存。

[Objective]To investigate brueella＇s genus and distribution among human in Zhejiang province. [Methods]To make serology examnation for 3 283 high risk occupational people through SAT and RPBT,then make blood cultures for the positive one from march to december of. [,Results]Positive one for SAT and RPBT was 75, and 73 respectively, 1strain of Brueella abortus,and 2 strains of Brueella melitensis were detected out from cultivation for positive persons. [Conclusion]Brueella realy distributed among human in zhejiang province and there were several genus existing.
