举证责任倒置对医务人员心理健康的影响及对策

Offering as Proof the Duty Sets Upside Down to Healthy Influence in Medical Personnel's Mental State Effects and Stratege

[目的]为探讨《医疗事故处理条例》颁布实施后举证责任倒置给医务人员带来的心理健康影响,以利采取相应对策。[方法]2002年12月采用症状自评量表(SCL90),对济宁市1所二等甲级医院及2所三等甲级医院的部分临床医务人员,共计126人进行问卷调查。[结果]临床医务人员的心理健康状况较常模差,其中强迫、焦虑、恐惧、偏执4项因子与常模比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]应重视临床医务人员的心理健康状况,并采取积极的防范措施,以适应社会发展的需要。

[Objective]To explore the duty set upside down the personnel for medical mental state health bring to affect for the convenience of adopting the stratege when 《 medical treatment trouble handling regulation 》 promulgation puts into practice. [Methods]We random selected 126 clinical personnels,adoption symptom from evaluate the form（SCL-90） when 2002 December,proceed the questionnaire inquisition. [Results]The mental state health condition of the clinical medical personnel is worse than that the norm mold,among them force,worry anxiously, fear,stubbornly biased 4 factors is significant worse than that norm mold（ P〈0.05）. [Conclasion]We should value the mental state health condition of the clinical medical personnel,and adopting against measurements positively,to adopting demand that society develop.
