摘要
[目的]为进一步了解食品卫生方面的群众投诉举报情况。[方法]采用分类统计的方法,对我市2004年157起有关食品卫生方面的群众投诉举报进行了分析。[结果]按食品生产、流通和餐饮环节,分别为28.66%、33.76%、37.58%;按内容、产品质量问题为48.41%、无证为43.95%、卫生差为3.82%、夸大宣传为3.82%。[结论]食品卫生问题是市民关注的热点问题,越来越受市民重视。
[Objective]To learn the situation of people's complaint and report about food hygiene problems in Yichang city. [Methods]To collect and analyze 157 cases of people's complaint and report about food hygiene problems in Yichang city in 2004. [Results]The complaint proportion of food production, the circulation and the consuming were 28. 66%, 33.76 % ,37.58 % respectively; According to the content, the product question covered 48. 41 %, no certification 43.95 %, poor hygienic quality 3.82%, the exaggeration of propaganda 3.82%. [Conclusion]Food hygiene problem was a the hot topic to which more and more people paid attention.
