乙型肝炎病例报告质量调查分析

Analysis and investigation on case reporting quality of hepatitis B

目的：摸清乙肝疫情报告现状，分析疫情报告质量，为规范乙肝报告工作提供依据。方法：对2005年8月1日～9月30日期间由淮安市各级各类医疗机构，通过国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统报告的，现住址在当地的所有乙肝病例进行流行病学调查，采集病人血清进行检测，并进行核实诊断。结果：共报告乙肝病例289例，流行病学调查260例，经最终判断，其中新发病例165例，占63．46％；复发病例77例，占29．61％；乙肝病毒携带者7例，占2.69％；诊断依据不足10例，占3.85％；1例排除肝炎，占0.38％。结论：在乙肝病例报告中，存在重报、错报以及部分报告卡质量不高等问题，乙肝病例重复报告是导致疫情上升假象的重要因素。

Objective：To provide the theoretic basis for standardizing the reporting perfornaanee of hepatitis B through making clear about current situation on hepatitis B reports and analyzing the quality of epidemic reports. Methods： Epidemical survey was conducted to all levels or kinds of clinic facilities in Huaian reported finding eases of hepatitis B through national diseases surveillance reporting management system during 1st August to 30th September 2005. Serum samples from patients were collected for detecting and checking diagnosis. Results： The total 289 eases with hepatitis B were reported, two hundred and sixty of which were investigated with terminal diagnosis. New occurred cases were 165 with 63. 46%, recurrence cases were 77 with 29. 61% ,HBsAg carriers were 7 with 2. 69%, suspected cases were 10 with 3. 85% , one case was excluded with 0. 38%. Conclusion：The issues that focus on case reporting are repeating report, error report and some under- quality reports in cards. Repeating report is a leading factor resulting in false increasing of hepatitis B epidemics.
