摘要
通过结合在烟草种植时施用基肥而采用农药呋喃丹和铁灭克的根区施药方法,研究农药对烟草蚜虫及其天敌种群数量的影响。研究结果表明,采用根区施药的方法可以有效地防治烟蚜,也有效地保护了其天敌烟蚜茧蜂。从烟草种植后的两个月内,呋喃丹和铁灭克处理的烟蚜的平均种群密度(头/株)分别为9.6和10.7,显著地低于对照(62.1);而呋喃丹和铁灭克处理的烟蚜茧蜂的平均种群密度分别为5.5和4.6,与对照(11.9)比较差异不显著。
A study on the effects of insecticides on the populations of tobacco aphid Mysus persicae and its parasitoid Aphidius gifuensis was carried out in 1995. The insecticides carbofuran (3% granule and adicarb (15% granule) were applied in root zone of tobacco plants during transplanting. The results showed that the population of the aphids were significantly suppressed to lower density in the treatments for 60 days after transplanting. The average densities of the aphids in the treatment were 9.6 (individual/plant, carbofuran)、10.7 (adicarb) and 62~428 (control). The average densities of Aphidius gifuensis in the treatments was not significantly lower than in control. It was suggested that the carbofuran could be applied in root zone for control the tobacco aphids in tobacco grown regions in Guangdong province.
