摘要
为了从微观上解释聚合物的电老化与击穿现象,国际上广泛开展了空间电荷理论及测量的研究。热刺激电流是一种研究电介质电荷存储及陷阱能级参数的重要手段。本文充分讨论了各种干扰和温度漂移对测量结果的影响,设计了一种测量聚合物pA级热刺激电流的装置,并以此装置实测了变频牵引电机用固体绝缘介质的热刺激电流。
In order to explain the phenomenon of the polymer under electric stress, the relationship between the space charge aged even breakdown and the polymer residual life is studied both in domestic and abroad laboratories. Thermally stimulated current (TSC) is an important method to study the space charge accumulation and the trapping parameter in polymer. A new polymer, and some influencing factor is device is designed to measure the TSC of the considered. The TSC curves of the sohd insulation with inverter driven motors are also presented.
