氮磷配施对黄瓜体内硝酸盐含量的影响

The effects of applying mixed fertilizer with nitrogen and phosphorus on nitrate content of cucumber

摘要 在塑料大棚中进行小区试验,研究氮磷配施对黄瓜体内硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明:施肥后第7天黄瓜体内硝酸盐含量最高,之后随时间的推移而下降;黄瓜体内硝酸盐含量在高、中、低三个磷肥水平下均随氮肥用量的增加而增加;在高、中、低三个氮肥水平下均随磷肥用量的增加而减少;最佳氮磷配比为:氮375 kg/hm2,磷75 kg/hm2。 Effects of different amount of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer on nitrate content of cucumber was studied in greenhouse. The results showed that the nitrate content of cucumber was high at the seventh day in experiment, and reduced after that. The nitrate content of cucumber increased with increasing of nitrogen fentilizer amount under the high, middle and low amount of phosphorus fertilizer, and decreaed with increasing of phosphorus amount under the high,middle and low amount of nitrogen fertilizer. The yield of cucumber was high, and the nitrate content in cucumber was low when the N: P was 375 kg/hm^2: 75 kg/hm^2.
