摘要
简述了几何产品技术规范(GPS)有关尺寸要素的发展状况和ISO14405:2001中尺寸要素的组成及其图样标注。根据计算尺寸(包括周长直径、面积直径)和拟合尺寸(包括最小二乘尺寸、最大内接尺寸和最小外接尺寸)的原始数据获取过程及其评定,分析了GPS的先进性和科学性,并对GPS标准图样标注中有关问题进行了商榷。
This paper briefly introduces the development of the related size features in the Dimensional and Geometrical Product Specifications （ GPS ）, and the size features and supplement drawing indication specified in ISO 14405：2001. Based on the acquirement method of original data and evaluation for calculation sizes, such as perimeter diameter and area diameter, as well as the fitting sizes, such as least square size, maximum inscribed size, minimum circumscribed size, the analysis showed that the sizes of cylinder specified in GPS are advanced and scientific. Some related issues on the drawing indications in GPS are also discussed.
