Machining of Field Roller with CNC Carving Machine

介绍了利用高速数控雕铣机加工一种尺寸小、精度高且加工表面带有圆弧度的滚字模,利用数控加工的一般方法,突出体现了数控加工的优点,加工出能达到防伪要求的滚字模,大大提高了效率。

In this paper, the manufacture of a field roller with arc surface on high speed CNC carving - milling machine is studied. The field roller is small in size and high in precision request. By the common way of CNC machine, the advantage and efficiency of CNC machining have been showed.
