清江七号特大桥挂篮设计与施工

摘要 清江七号特大桥的主梁为铁路单箱单室预应力钢筋混凝土悬臂现浇连续梁,主跨88m,为目前国内铁路单线建设的最大跨度,宽跨比1/20为设计规范的极限。施工风险高、难度大。主要介绍该悬灌梁施工的重要设备———挂篮的设计与施工及注意事项。 The main beam of No. 7 extra-lagre Bridge Crossing Qingjiang River is of in-situ cast continuous cantilever beam of pre-stressed reinforced concrete with single box and single chamber. The main span of the bridge is 88 m, which at present is the largest for single track railway bridges ever built in China. The width/span ratio of the bridge reaches 1/ 20, which is the hmit of the specifications. There exist great risks and difficulties in the construction of the bride. Travelers are fundamental equipment for the construction of the bridge cantilever beams. The article places its emphasis on the presentation of the design and construction of the travelers, as well as the items to which specail attention should be paid during construction.
