摘要
采煤机液压系统的可靠性和寿命,在很大程度上取决于液压油和液压元件的清洁度。其中采煤机液压系统的故障约有70%是由于液压油污染引起的。文章主要分析了采煤机液压系统污染的原因,介绍了控制液压系统污染的方法。
Shearer hydraulic system reliability and longevity, to a large extent depend on hydraulic oil and hydraulic eomponents of the eleaner. Shearer hydraulic system which is approximately 70% due to hydraulic failure caused by oil pollution. The analysis of the hydraulic system shearer poilution reasons, introduced methods of pollution control hydraulic system.
