摘要
结合矿区铁路信号机灯光调试的实际困难,为使信号显示距离达到《铁路技术规程》标准,利用激光良好的方向性,让四束平行光通过透镜组,得到一个唯一焦点,只需将信号灯泡的灯丝固定在焦点位置,就完成了调试工作。从而研制出符合矿区铁路平时维修、方便实用的工具。
Considering the practical difficulty of the light debug of mining area signal lamp and to make the signal' s visual distance to achieve the standard of 《Railway Technical Rules》, we can use laser' s good direction function to make four bunches paralleling light penetrate the lens group, and then get the unique focus. We just have to fix the filament of the signal lamp at the focus to finish the debug. Thereby we can develop a convenient and practical tool, which according with the common repair needs of mining railway.
