摘要 磨体产生了轴向窜动,且窜动与磨机的冷热状态密切相关。这一现象实质上是由于磨机在水平方向上存在附加的轴向不平衡力的作用。因而,妥善处理磨机在热态运转中轴向力的分布与平衡问题是分析和解决磨体窜动问题的关键。 The grinding machine produces the movement of the oriented shaft , moreover, there is a close relationship between the movement and the grinding machine' s sate of cold and hot. This phenomenon is bascially becase of the additional and un - balanceable movement exists on the horizontal orientation of the grinding machine. Thus, properly deal with the grinding machine distribution of shaft' s power and balance in thesate of hot is the key to analyze and solve the movement of the grinding machine.
