吉林省牛新孢子虫病的流行病学调查

Epidemiological survey of cattle neosporsis

采用间接荧光抗体试验(IFAT)方法,对吉林省7个地区的1 091份牛血清进行牛新孢子虫病的流行病学调查.结果表明,吉林省牛新孢子虫病的整体感染率为17.32%,感染率比较高.本次血清学检测为今后吉林省有效预防和治疗牛新孢子虫病提供了一定的科学依据.

The method of indirect fluorescent antibody test was used to investigate 1091 serum of cattle for the survey of epidemiology of bovine neosporosis in seven areas of Jilin Province. The results showed that the total infection percent of the disease in Jilin province was 17.32 % which indicated that the infected ratio in Jilin Province was high. This survey provided scientific theoretic evidences for the effective prevention and treatment to cattle neosporosis.
