摘要
对某鸡场因不明原因已死亡及濒死产蛋鸡进行病理剖检变化及实验室诊断，确诊为鸡非典型性新城疫．抗体检测的结果显示，随机抽样检测32份鸡血清的新城疫血凝抑制效价在1：40～1：2560之间，表明该鸡场的鸡群存在野毒感染．
Some layers died form unknown reason were diagnosed, which came from a henery in Chaoyangchuan Town. It was diagnosed as Newcastle after observed their pathology changing and laboratory diagnose. ND antibodise were detected in the chickens. The results showed that ND hemagglutination-inhibition test titer was 1 ： 40 - 1 ： 2 560, which indicated that there was wild virus in the chickens.
