摘要
有机农业对农副产品的生产加工和销售是一个正在兴起的领域,在全球范围内得到了广泛的关注.发达国家在有机肉方面已经取得了突破性的进展,但在发展中国家,特别是亚洲国家还只处于构想阶段,少数亚洲国家已经开始有机畜产品的开发.本文概述了有机肉产品的发展情况,并对其未来发展趋势做出预测.
Organic faming is an emerging area for crop and livestock production which has obtained widespread attention from all over the world. In developed countries, it has made significant inroads, but in developing countries, especially the Asian countries, it is still in the stage of conception. Seldom Asian countries have begun the development of organic animal products This paper reviews the developments of organic meat and prospects its future developmental tendenly.
