摘要 目的:观察灵芝孢子对雄性糖尿病大鼠睾丸AGE s的影响。方法:W istar雄性大鼠50只,随机分成3组,应用链尿佐菌素(STZ)加高脂高糖饮食制备Ⅱ型糖尿病模型,灵芝组同时给予灵芝孢子粉,12周后检测睾丸组织AGE s变化。结果:Ⅱ型糖尿病模型制备成功,模型组睾丸组织AGE s显著高于正常组和灵芝组(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病睾丸组织损伤中AGE s也是其中的因素。灵芝孢子粉对糖尿病大鼠睾丸组织具有保护作用。 Objective: To observe the effects of the spores of Ganoderma lucidum on AGEs of the diabetic rat testicle. Methods: Fifty Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups at random. We established NIDDM rat model with streptozotocin (STZ) and high lipid, high glucose diet and detected testicle AGEs after administration of the spores of Ganoderma lucidum for 12 weeks. Results: The testicle AGEs from NIDDM group were higher than those from treated group (P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion: AGEs act as a factor in the damage to the testicle of diabetic rats. The spores of Ganoderma lucidum can protect the testicle of diabetic rats.
