摘要
目的:通过采用D IGRA测量离体单根管前磨牙充填氢氧化钙糊剂后密度,评价手用充填器、仿M atapex注射器、机用L en tu lo螺旋充填器三种充填氢氧化钙糊剂方法的效果,为临床应用氢氧化钙提供参考。材料与方法:离体单根管前磨牙30颗随机分为3组,每组10颗牙采用机用P rofile预备根管并去除涂层,分别采用手用充填器充填氢氧化钙糊剂;机用L en tu lo充填氢氧化钙糊剂;仿M atapex注射器充填氢氧化钙糊剂。每组根管预备后,充填前和充填后均拍摄近远中方向、颊舌方向D I-GRA片,并测量比较组间的密度差别。结果:根冠1/3氢氧化钙糊剂的密度值比其他两部分显著(P<0.05),与方法无关。在仿M atapex注射器组与手用充填器组,机用L en tu lo充填器组和手用充填器组之间有显著性差别,所有结果显示,仿M atapex注射器组密度最高,但在仿M atapex注射器组与机用L en tu lo充填器组之间无显著性差异。结论:在本实验条件下,仿M atapex注射器充填氢氧化钙糊剂后的密度最高。
Objective. The study was to evaluate which method was the best for calcium hydroxide paste intracanal placement by using DIGRA to measure the density . The three methods were manual plugger, Lentulo paste carrier and syringe like Matapex. Material and Methods:Thirty single-rooted premolars were randomly divided into three groups. For the 10 teeth of each group, we used the Profile rotatory device'to prepare the root canal and remove its smear layer with 15%EDTA. After endodontic preparation, each of 30 single-rooted premolars was filled with calcium hydroxide paste through one of the above-mentioned techniques: manual plugger, Lentulo paste carrier and syringe like Matapex. DIGRA radiographs of all 3 third root zones were made after cleaning and shaping and obturation. We registered the density measurement (in pixels) from buccal projections and proximal projections, and then compared the difference. Results. The density was greater in one-third zone of the root cap than that in the other two zones (P 〈 0. 05) ,regardless of the method used . The comparison tests showed that there was a significant difference between the syringe like Matapex and manual plugger as well as Lentulo paste carrier and manual plugger. The density was greatest by using the method of the syringe like Matapex, and there were no significant difference between the syringe like Matapex and Lentulo paste carrier methods. Conclusions:The syringe like Matapex provides the best results and the Lentulo was pretty well.
