目前我公司的20CrMo主要按GB/T3077—99生产,为了生产高档齿轮钢的需要,课题组按GB/T5216标准取样检测,对20CrMo攀钢连铸坯工艺质量做了比较详细的研究,掌握了目前我公司生产的20CrMo棒材产品的主要性能指标状况。

At present time, the steel 20CrMo is produced according to GB/T3077-99 in our company. In order to produce high grade gear steel, sampling and test were made by according to GB/ T5216, the processing quality of coneasting billet supplied by Pangang Steel was investigated in detail, the main performance index of bar steel 20CrMo in our company was obtained.
