摘要
通过对试制的四炉高强度大梁板所得的数据进行分析、讨论,得出低碳、低合金钢在添加微量元素后能够达到560L、590L对钢强度及韧性的要求。着重分析加入微量元素Nb、V、Ti通过晶粒细化,析出强化,固溶强化使钢的强度得以提高。
The datum of high strength beam plate produced in trial scale were analyzed, the results showed that the low - carbon, low - alloy steel could meet the strength and toughness requirements of steel 506L and 590L after addition of some trace elements. In this paper, the trace elements Nb, V, Ti could result in grain refining, precipitation strengthening, solid solution strengthening , so as to increase the strength of the steel.
