摘要
目的:研究护肝宝对大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:用D-氨基半乳糖制作大鼠急性肝细胞坏死模型,用全自动生物化学分析仪测定大鼠血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(ALT)及丙氨酸转氨酶(AST)的含量,用比色分析法测定大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量,并通过光镜从肝脏形态学的改变,客观评价护肝宝对化学性肝损伤的防治作用。结果:护肝宝能明显抑制由D-氨基半乳糖所致急性肝细胞坏死大鼠血清中ALT及AST含量的升高,提高血清中SOD和GSH-PX的含量,降低MDA的含量,改善肝脏组织病理。结论:护肝宝对D-氨基半乳糖所致大鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。
Objective: to study the protective function of Huganbao on acute hepatic injury induced by D - aminogalactose. Methods: D - aminogalactose was used to make model rats of acute hepatic cellular necrosis, full automatic biochemical analyzing equipment to determine ALT and AST in blood serum of rats, colorimetric analysis antigenic to determine SOD, GSH - PX and MDA in serum, and the protective function of Huganbao on chemical hepatic injury was evaluated objectively according to the morphological changes of liver through light microscope. Results: Huganbao could significantly inhibit the rise of ALT and AST in blood serum of rats with acute hepatic cellular necrosis induced by D - aminogalactose, increase SOD and GSH - PX, decrease MDA, and improve hepatic histopathology. Conclusion: Huganbao can protect the rats acute hepatic injury induced by D - aminogalactose.
