摘要
20世纪80年代以来,新技术在水土保持中应用日益普及,以水土保持监测点的自动化采集为基础, 以快速典型抽样调查为补充,以3S技术、无线通信系统以及计算机网络技术为技术支撑,形成各级水土保持监测站点相互连接、高度集成的水土保持监测站网体系。要确保新技术应用效果,必须建立相应的保障体系。
