技术标准化是实现指挥自动化系统一体化的基础，统一技术标准是许多国家军队的普遍做法，也是充分发挥指挥自动化系统综合效能的必由之路。技术标准化既是一现实问题，也是一战略问题，必须认真思考。从实际出发，指出了技术标准化的必然性；探讨了技术标准化的目标、指导思想以及应遵循的原则，在此基础上提出了推动技术标准化的4点措施。

Technology standardization is a base of achieving automated command system integration. To unify technology standard is a universal measure of many armies, and the only way to exert sufficiently the synthetical efficiency of automated command system. Technology standardization is an actual problem and a strategic problem. We must think about it. The paper points out inevitability of technology standardization from the fact. It discusses the instructional thinking, the goal and the rule to obey. Four measures to impel technology standardization are put forward on this basis.
