摘要
产品可用度是产品可靠度和维修度的函数,可靠度和维修度采用给定分布参数的分布函数描述。工程中由于只能得到可靠性和维修性有限试验数据,因此仅能确定分布参数的置信区间,无法明确给出分布参数确定值,造成可用度评定困难。提出了采用Bootstrap仿真抽样方法,利用有限样本的可靠性和维修性试验数据,进行产品可靠度评定和最佳维修周期确定方法。解决了有限样本条件下,产品可用度评定问题。
Item availability is a function of reliability and maintainability of item. Reliability and maintainability are described by probability density of given distribution parameters. Item availability evaluation is very difficult, where distribution parameters are unknown, only confidence interval of distribution parameters is calculated. Based on Bootstrap numeric simulation method, item availability evaluation method is proposed using limited sampling data of reliability and maintainability, and calculation method of optimal maintenance cycle is presented.
