摘要
导弹的命中率通常是随射距离的变化而变化的,命中率的指标值常以不同距离范围内的平均值的形式给出,试验通常要在不同距离上进行。这样试验得到的样本,虽相互独立,但分布不同,是一个“非简单随机样本”。建立了基于瑞利分布在充分应用开发指标设计中“命中率变化曲线”的有关信息的基础上,应用“非简单随机样本”对导弹平均命中率进行抽样检验和估计的方法,已被正式应用到靶场导弹的试验鉴定中,取得了显著的军事效益和经济效益。
Missiles' hit rates are diversified with different distances of the target, so the index of hit rates are usually put forward by mean hit rates of different distances. As a result, the statistical trails are also done with different distances. Samples that can be obtained in these trails are independent with each other, but have diverse distributions, they are called unsimple random samples. In this paper, based on Rualli distribution, by empoldering the information hided in the hit rate index curve, a method on how to test and estimate missiles' mean hit rate is founded. It has been used formally in missiles' test and evaluations on proving ground and gains remarkable benefits both on military affairs and economy.
